Order procedure

After you have placed the order, the items will be reserved for you. You will receive a confirmation by email. If payment is not received within 3 weeks, the reservation will automatically be canceled. Prices include VAT.

Dispatch

We ship orders once a week. Shipments are made via PostNL or another reliable carrier such as DPD or DHL. The prices stated for the items do not include shipping costs. During the checkout section of the ordering procedure, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination and the total weight. You will see this in the ordering process.

The items will be shipped after receipt of payment. The items come with a short description with the name, age and location (if known).

Shipping fossils and minerals can be expensive due to their weight. If the items need to be sent in a package, it is sometimes relatively economical to order multiple items at the same time. Shipping only takes place to countries within the European Union (EU). It is also possible to collect the items by appointment in Egmond aan den Hoef, The Netherlands.

Packaging

We use used boxes and used packaging materials as much as possible to package items. This saves costs and the environment. All items are packed very carefully as standard.

Payments

During the ordering procedure you will see the payment details and an overview of the costs, so that you can pay the total amount electronically. This is handled by payment provider Mollie.

Status of your order

You can see the status of your order by logging in to our webshop with your username and password. If available, you will also receive the track and trace code for your shipment via email.
